At LocalAuditPro, we provide a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for auditing and optimizing Google My Business listings. Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds for time already used or completed audits.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please email us at support@LocalAuditPro.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued via Stripe or Paddle and may take up to 10 business days to reflect.
